Last updated: 21 May 2026

1. The service

The 444 Systems Architect (the "Service") is a diagnostic and recommendation tool provided by Transform AI. It produces a non-binding report intended to help small and medium-sized businesses identify operational friction and prioritise system improvements.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and authorised to share information about your business in order to complete the diagnostic.

3. Accuracy of inputs

The output of the diagnostic depends entirely on the answers you provide. You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Not professional advice

The diagnostic, scores and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax or other professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before making any operational, financial or commercial decision based on the output.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its scoring model, frameworks, copy and visual design, is the property of Transform AI and is protected by intellectual property law. You may share your own diagnostic report with colleagues for internal use, but you may not republish, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit information you do not have the right to share.
  • Use the Service to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Use automated scripts to submit diagnostics.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transform AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or any decision taken on the basis of its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
